We visited a Church of England secondary academy school in Stoke-on-Trent, with over a thousand students in attendance, to install a pair of Record DFA 127s with monitored safety features.

New Installation and Service Contract
The school’s facilities manager contacted us as they were having issues with a GEZE automatic swing door system. He had received a quote to replace the doors from the manufacturer, but due to the value of the quote had been asked to gain some additional, comparable quotes from local companies.
Transformation
What We Did
We carried out a free-of-charge survey and provided a quote on the same day. Our quote offered the client a 50% saving. The new installation was carried out during the holiday period so that there was no disruption to the school’s regular operations. A pair of Record DFA 127s with monitored safety were installed to interface with the site’s Paxton access control system by our fully trained engineers.
The facilities manager then offered the service contract for the school to DUK. We have delivered the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the last three years to the school and continue to do so.
