The client called to ask us if we could attend their site to investigate an issue they were having with their sliding doors at the golf club. The client had been informed that there were no longer parts available and that they would require new sliding door operators to remedy the issue.

We arranged a visit to the club with our service department and our highly trained engineers went to investigate the issue.
Doors Fixed Within an Hour
Within an hour the GEZE doors were returned to an operating state. Our engineers used parts from their van stock to repair the doors and the price for the repair was authorised onsite before the issue was fully resolved for the client.
